How opiris.fr handles personal data, under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
Contact form
The data you submit (name, email, organisation, area of interest, message) is used solely to answer you. Processing is based on your consent. Messages are transmitted by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and stored in our mailbox for a maximum of three years after the last contact.
Audience measurement
Vercel Analytics is loaded only if you accept it in the banner. It collects aggregated page-view data and sets no advertising cookie. Refusing has no effect on your use of the site.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@opiris.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Transfers outside the EU
Vercel Inc. and Web3Forms are established outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
